On Wednesday 3rd February 2010, The Midland Roof Training Group attended the "National Apprenticeship Service Week Event" at the School Assembly at the Bulwell Academy in Nottingham.  Mrs. Livia Williams, the MRTG Group Training Officer had the pleasure to talk about apprenticeships within the Roofing Industry in front of 150 Year 10 and Year 11 students.  We also had the opportunity to run the NFRC DVD "Jobs and Careers in the Roofing Industry" and we were pleased with the way the DVD was received.  Mrs. Williams was thanked by the Mr. Graham Roberts, Head Master and Mrs. Alison Bingham, Director of Business and Enterprise in supporting the school during Apprentice Week and looking forward to sending the students on taster days and work experience to the new East Midlands Roofing College.
